Everyone is telling us to meditate. But how do we do it? When I was in my early twenties I was lucky enough to learn a simple, natural and very effective meditation technique - Transcendental Meditation. It was so good that I studied under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and became a TM teacher. Decades have passed and it is still the simplest and most effective meditation technique I know.
What makes Transcendental Meditation different?
Unlike other techniques, the TM technique involves no concentration, contemplation or control of your mind. It is effortless and enjoyable, and is practised sitting comfortably.
An evidence-based technique
Over 300 peer-reviewed research studies on TM document a wide range of benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, and improved heart health and cognitive function.
Benefits of Transcendental Meditation
Inner peace and happiness
