Nava Marma Mudra - a simple technique for calmness, grounding, reducing stress and boosting immunity that you can practise at home - takes 2-3 minutes
This is a lovely technique that anyone can practise at home to reduce stress, enjoy more calmness and grounding, all of which help to boost immunity. You can do it standing up, sitting or lying down and it only takes a few minutes. I learned this procedure recently and would love to show you - online - how to practise it.
Some people practise it if they wake up at night and are having difficulty getting back to sleep, others before they go to sleep, or at different times during the day when they need to reconnect and destress.
